The Soul & The Structure
"As set forth from the beginning," all physical and biophysical consequences were extrapolated and expected by the Great Mind.  The result of chemical elements combining into molecules; with some of these molecules becoming the organic chemicals that would build the necessary complexity, differentiation, and integration to produce a "biological mechanism" capable of becoming an "Embodied Soul", an "Inspirited Organism;" was fully extrapolated and expected.

"The concepts of computer science are needed to understand the relationship between the Soul and the Structure."  Just as an operating system requires processing power, random access memory, and storage with enough complexity, differentiation, and integration capable of carrying out its instructions; so does the Soul require a central nervous system with enough complexity, differentiation, and integration capable of supporting a "Soul Self" and its Free Will.

Two thousand years ago, the relationship between the Soul and the Structure could only be explained in allegory.  Today a greater body of knowledge makes it possible to speak directly to the Disciplines.

There will even come a time when what was once Faith will become Knowledge.  The distinction between the Soul and the Structure will be realized.  It will be understood that there is nothing inherently sacred about the Structure; but that the Soul, one's discrete portion of the Great Spirit, is more sacred and more precious than any Faith could ever grant it.
